Metal shearing
In the shearing division we have 12 eccentric presses from 40 to 200 t of which 2 automatic lines for coil shearing.
We manufacture both "aesthetic" pieces with care to detail to meet the demands of architects and designers, and "mechanical" parts where tolerances and precision come into play during the manufacturing phases.
Here are some of the materials we usually process:
- stainless steel type 304 – 316 – 430
- pickled and pre-zinced iron
- aluminium
- brass
We can work with thicknesses of 0.4 mm up to a 6 mm.
Our mechanical division performs periodic maintenance work in order to ensure that all of our machinery (or that of the customer) works at its greatest efficiency.
Cold forming
We have 3 screw rockers with d.100 – d.170 – d.230 with power from 150 to 600 t. With these machines we can perform cold engraving that would be impossible with other technologies.
The precision of cold pressing is possible due to the absence of a bottom dead centre, making it possible to release all of the power necessary in a fraction of a second. This makes cold engraving possible without needing to preheat the piece.
Our constant and in-depth research into materials and thermal treatments of engraving moulds allows us to process more than 100,000 parts without needing to operate on the utensil.
